Baby of the Month

1. Promoter
The promoter is Natureland (a brand of McCallum Industries Ltd), New Zealand.

2. Promotion Period
Entries are open from 12:00am on the 1st day of each month and close at 11:59pm on the last day of the month. One baby will be selected each month.

3. Eligibility
- Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
- Entrants must be the parent or legal guardian of the baby featured.
- Babies must be aged 0–48 months at the time of entry.
- Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Submit a photo of their baby via Natureland’s nominated entry method (e.g. website form, social media direct message, or tagged post), and Provide the baby’s first name, age, and a brief description or milestone (optional).
- Only one entry per baby per month is permitted.

5. Selection Process
- Entries will be reviewed by the Natureland team.
- The selected baby will be chosen based on creativity, suitability, and alignment with the Natureland brand values, not by chance.
- The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize / Feature
The selected Baby of the Month may receive:
- A Natureland product bundle or gift pack to the value of NZD RRP$15, and
- Feature across Natureland’s digital channels (including social media, website, and marketing materials).
Prize contents are subject to availability and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted via the details provided within 7 days of the end of the promotion period. If the entrant does not respond within 5 business days, Natureland reserves the right to select another entry.

8. Use of Images & Content
By entering, entrants:
- Confirm they have the right to submit the image and any accompanying content, and
- Grant Natureland a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the submitted image and content for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, email marketing, and in-store materials.
Parents/guardians may request removal of content at any time by contacting Natureland.

9. Privacy
All personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Natureland’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties outside of administering this promotion.

10. General
Natureland reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if required.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or incomplete entries.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
